Students in Sure Start and Grades Kindergarten through six must eat lunch at school. Students may not leave the school grounds at noon without parents to sign them out.  Parents may send a lunch each day or purchase lunch credits from AAFES.  AAFES lunch accounts may be set up at the PX - Bismarck Kaserne, the Katterbach Shopette, or at the Barton Shopette.  Reduced price or free lunches can be applied for through the Katterbach Army Community Service (ACS).  All parents receive an application upon registering a student. 

 

Helpful hints: 

1. Lunch tickets cannot be purchased at school. 

2. Each individual ticket must have the student's name on them. 

3. Charges will be accepted on a per day basis.

4. For our returning students, sorry, tickets purchased during the previous school year are not valid during the current school year. 

AAFES has begun a new automated school lunch payment system. No more coupons will be issued. Current coupons are still valid, but you should use them up soon. AAFES Customer Service will now provide signup for an electronic voucher that can be cashed in by the student in the school lunch line using a PIN number. For younger students, the cashier can use the teacher's name to locate the student's voucher. Questions can be answered by lunch room staff and Customer Service at AAFES. Cash can still be used for full-priced meals. For Free -Reduced participants, all families must re-apply every year, and new families can apply at any time.
