An emergency contact number other than parents should be listed on the registration card. This is essential in the event of illness or other emergency. Please list a neighbor or co-worker who can be contacted in the event that parents cannot be reached at the home or duty station. Many sponsors change residences, offices and telephone numbers during the year. Please advise the registrar immediately of any change. One of our most challenging tasks is trying to contact parents by telephone. Please keep us informed so we can keep you informed. If possible, please provide us an email address where we can contact at least one parent.
