Some families will rotate during the year. Please come to the registrar’s office with a copy of PCS orders two weeks in advance of withdrawal in order that clearance records can be prepared. If a family is returning to CONUS, the sponsor when requested in advance may pick up a copy of student records from the registrar’s office. Otherwise, records are mailed to the new school. Students who PCS before the end of the school year may accelerate their program to complete requirements early. In order to be promoted to the next grade, a child must be enrolled until 18 May 2005. Students who leave before this date will receive the following remark on the report card: “If the student had remained until the end of the school year, she/he would have been recommended for promotion.”
